Henderson in E300m German Special Fund targeting Austria
Henderson Global Investors, on behalf of its Hamburg-based Warburg-Henderson, has begun marketing a Special Fund targeting Austrian diversified office assets, and a return on capital of 7%. Warburg-Henderson Österreich Fonds Nr. 2 plans to acquire 10-15 assets to reach, with leverage, total AUM of up to E300m. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
