Austria's conwert raises offer price for ECO
Listed residential property group conwert, based in Vienna, has raised to E7.15 from E6.50 its takeover offer share price for the remaining 75% of ECO Immobilien that it does not already own. The move follows talks with ECO management and insitutional shareholders.
