Deka buys Paris hotel for E114m, sells in Düsseldorf

French REIT/SIIC Altarea Cogedim has sold a hotel and conference complex near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris to German property fund manager Deka Immobilien for E113.8m. Separately, Deka announced sale of an office asset in Düsseldorf for E97m.
