Kesko, Ilmarinen close Finland's largest deal at E180m
Kesko, Kesko Pension Fund and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance company have established a new firm, Kruunuvuoren Satama, to purchase eight retail properties from Kesko and seven from its pension fund for a total E180m. It marks the largest property deal in Finland this year.
