Italy Research Forum issues first joint office study
Italian real estate research executives from six major international realtors, in an enlarged working group Italy Research Forum that aims to boost market transparency, have released their first joint document, analysing the office market. The group was started by Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle in 2003 and has been reinforced in the last five years by other main operators - BNP Paribas RE, CB Richard Ellis, DTZ and Savills.
