Norwegian syndicates, Danish distress seen in Nordic property
Two new elements likely to play greater roles in the Nordic property marketplace in the near future are the reformation of Norwegian private wealth syndicates, and increased Danish real estate coming on the market from distressed companies and banks, according to a panel at the Business Arena trade fair in Stockholm.
