German housing firm Colonia in E11m cash call
Cologne-based listed property group Colonia Real Estate is making a rights issue of up to 2.85m shares, offered to institutional investors in an accelerated bookbuilding process. If fully subscribed the move should bring in around E11m in fresh equity capital. (See upcoming PIE Editions for full story)
