Prelios is born out of Pirelli RE
Italy's Pirelli Real Estate, property manager with about E15.6bn AUM, late last month took the final step in its rebranding to Prelios after completing its separation from tyremaker parent Pirelli. The new name was accepted by the Italian stock exchange on 25 October.
