Liquidation back on investors' agenda - INREV
Even if extending the lifetime of a property fund remains the most likely strategy for investors, they are beginning to consider liquidation as an exit for the first time since 2007, says the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles in a study.
