French FdR sees rents rise 1.2%, cuts debt cost
French REIT Foncière des Régions posted a 1.2% like-for-like rise in rental income to E391m in the first nine months. CEO Christophe Kullmann said achievements in active asset and debt management will further strengthen fundamentals in its E8.6bn group share property portfolio.
