Munich housing developer in Frankfurt IPO
Munich-based residential property developer JK Wohnbau this week became the first German real estate company to float on the stock market this year, in Frankfurt's Prime Standard. Its initial share price was set at E8.10, giving gross proceeds of up to E88m.
