RREEF open fund buys E145m German mall
Deutsche Bank's alternatives' manager RREEF has bought a 94.9% share of the E145m Forum Mittelrhein shopping centre, based in Coblenz, for its open-ended property fund grundbesitz europa from Hamburg mall specialist ECE and Cologne-based developer Strabag Real Estate.
