Hamburg's TAG in E174m takeover bid for Colonia RE
Hamburg-based listed property group TAG has announced a takeover bid for Cologne-based Colonia Real Estate at a price of E5.50 per share, valuing it at E174m. Colonia said it has received no details but will check the bidding documents and comment subsequently. Colonia shares were last 7% higher, reaching the bid price.
