NYC-based Apollo acquires Citi Property Investors
International private equity group Apollo has acquired Citi Property Investors, the real estate investment management unit of Citigroup, through its Apollo Global Real Estate Management unit. CPI has some $3bn under management, and terms were not disclosed.
