Demand for German office to continue into 2011 - CBRE
Yields have declined in the German office market, prime rents have risen, and prime properties are in demand - all trends likely to continue into next year, according to realtor CB Richard Ellis. "The office market is more closely linked to a country's economic situation than any other sector," said MD and Head of Agency Frankfurt Carsten Ape.
