Italy's Prelios boosts 9mth EBT, cuts net loss
Italian listed group Prelios, formerly Pirelli Real Estate, reported improvements in all key performance indicators in the first nine months. EBIT rose to E24.9m, turning round a loss of E8.9m in the same 2009 period, and EBIT was also higher. However, the group posted a consolidated net loss of E29.6m - although this was nearly half of last year's loss.
