Munich's Fair Value REIT ups profit forecast
Munich-based REIT Fair Value boosted net income to E4.1m in the first nine months, nearly double E2.4m in the same 2009 period, and boosted its forecast for the full year to E5.1m, a rise of 21% over last year. It said a 2010 dividend of E0.10 per share is possible.
