Office price rises extend in German Prime 5 - JLL's Victor
Jones Lang LaSalle's Victor indicator of prime office valuations in the five major German cities rose by 2.8% in third quarter, the fifth successive quarterly rise since the market hit bottom at mid- 2009. "We can identify a rising dynamic in the recovery process among the 'Prime 5' cities," said JLL head of Valuation & Transaction Advisory Andrew Groom.
