Austria's conwert finishes ECO buy; Kowar leaves
Austrian listed residential developer and investor conwert now owns 95.76% in Vienna-based ECO Business-Immobilien following its voluntary public offer to shareholders in early July. The news followed a surprise announcement that long-time CEO and major shareholder Johann Kowar is to step down.
