French Gecina buys E440m office assets, diversifies risk
French REIT/SIIC Gecina has taken a further step towards its goal of expanding its office portfolio to E9bn from E5.5bn, with the E440m acquisition of three office assets in the Paris suburbs. The acquisitions both offer secure cash-flows at an average yield of 6.5%, Gecina said.
