French REIT Silic raises E175m via bond issue
French industrial park REIT/SIIC Silic has raised E175m through its convertible bond issue launched earlier. Lead managers BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley had the possibility of taking a further E25m of bonds through an over-allotment option but decided not to exercise this option.
