Austrian conwert 9mth net doubles on higher rents, margins
Austrian listed housing firm conwert Immobilien boosted rental income and profit margins on sales in the first three quarters so that EBIT rose by 51% to E110.7m and net profit more than doubled. It expects to achieve a full year profit to allow a dividend payout. The results include the first full consolidation of associate ECO.
