French SFL ready to partipate in SIIC consolidation
French REIT/SIIC Société Foncière Lyonnaise, which is taking a 30% stake in Spanish listed group Realia's SIIC de Paris unit, is ready to participate in any consolidation of the French listed real estate sector, said new CEO Bertrand Julien-Laferrière. "We want to be well placed .. if Realia .. wants to get out of SIIC de Paris," he added.
