French SIICs eye leases after Senate approves Grand Paris tax shift
After the French Senate on Wednesday passed an amendment to the 2011 budget replacing the capital gains tax proposed to finance the Grand Paris project with other tax changes, listed property firms are readying alterations in banking-lease arrangements (credit bail) which they also hope to ask the goverment to implement.
