Green building value premia to rise fast - Cifral conference
Value premia in sustainable or 'green' buildings will quickly rise in the next few years as operating costs, such as higher insurance tarifs, climb for non-green counterparts, a Paris conference run by Franco-German consultant Cifral heard. Currently, the market is divided into leaders and followers, said Jürg Bernet, MD of Cologne's Euro Institute.
