French FdR sells 25% stake in CB 21 La Défense tower
Foncière des Régions, one of the largest French REIT/SIICs, has agreed to sell a 25% stake in its CB 21 tower in the Paris business district of La Défense to an unnamed French institutional investor. The deal values the property at E588m.
