Grosvenor's Sonae doubles 9mth net profit
Lisbon-based international shopping centre specialist Sonae Sierra, controlled by the UK's Grosvenor group, saw net profit rise 116% to E14.9m in the first nine months, mainly driven by a 42% increase in direct results. But value creation across its mall portfolio was also positive in spite of yield increases in Portugal and Greece.
