Orco CEO Ott to head German unit; Endurance fund to liquidate
Jean-Francios Ott, founder and CEO of CEE developer Orco, has taken over its German unit, and plans to co-develop, with Berlin's High Gain House, a mixed-use project at Leipziger Platz. Orco is also winding up its E466m Luxembourg registered Endurance property fund.
