Deka acquires Spanish Bilbao mall for E116m
The savings bank system's central fund manager Deka has acquired the Ballonti shopping centre Portugalete, north-west of Bilbao in northern Spain from retail chain Eroski in a transaction worth over E116m. It will be placed into the WestInvest InterSelect open-ended property fund.
