German prime office supply shortage coming - Catella
A shortage of prime product will characterise the top five office markets in Germany next year, leading to gradually rising rents, says real estate advisor Catella. In its outlook for 2011, it say the looming lack of premium space, combined with rising demand, will lead to prime rent rises in 2011 and a slight reduction of vacancies.
