French REIT Terreïs in merger, targets E1bn portfolio
French REIT/SIIC Terreïs owner and chairman Jacky Lorenzetti has expanded the firm by merging into it his DAB Expansion Group, giving Terreïs a combined portfolio of E575m. More than E110m in new acquisitions will take the merged portfolio to around E700m, and Terreïs now aims at E1bn.
