Swedish Fabege sells 16 properties for E148m
Listed Swedish realtor Fabege has sold 16 properties for E148m to Swedish asset manager Profi's investment vehicle Profi Fastigheter II. The properties were sold because they were outside Fabege's core markets and generated an initial after-tax gain of E7.7m.
