AEW, Tristan's EPISO invests E300m in Czech warehouse
Listed Czech industrial property developer VGP has agreed to sell an 80% equity interest in warehousing park manager VGP CZ I for over E300m to the European Property Investors Special Opportunities fund co-advised by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital.
