Belgian Wereldhave pays E150m for ING mall portfolio
Belgian REIT Wereldhave Belgium has agreed to buy the bulk of ING Real Estate Development's Belgian development portfolio for E150m. The move will make Wereldhave a major player in the Belgian shopping centre market, where it aims to expand its portfolio to around E500m.
