FdR's Beni Stabili to become 2nd Italian REIT
Beni Stabili, Italy's biggest listed real estate group, 52% controlled by French REIT/SIIC Foncière des Régions, is set to approve its conversion into the nation's second Real Estate Investment Trust after shopping centre group IGD. CEO Aldo Mazzocco expects an enlargement of the investor base.
