FdR's Beni Stabili to become 2nd Italian REIT/SIIQ
Italy's biggest listed real estate group Beni Stabili, 52% controlled by French SIIC Foncière des Régions, is set to approve conversion into the nation's second Real Estate Investment Trust after the shopping centre group IGD (Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione).
