French Gecina to set up new residential unit
French REIT/SIIC Gecina will set up a separate subsidiary to hold its residential real estate, with the aim of eventually allowing minority investors to take a stake. The group seems to be aiming at a REIT/SIIC holding structure similar to Foncière des Régions.
