French SIIC Icade agrees E255m refinancing
French SIIC/REIT Icade has agreed E255m in new financing, secured by its 40,000 sq.m. Crystal Park in the Paris suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine. The seven-year loan with HSBC, BNP Paribas and BECM replaces financing by Icade's La Lucette unit that was due to expire in April.
