Allianz buy two Paris commercial assets for E184m
Allianz Real Estate has finalised the acquisition from Swiss bank Crédit Suisse of two prime properties in the heart of Paris - a single tenant office building in the 16th district and a fully restructured mix-use property in the 4th for a price of around E184m.
