Atrium, Multi unwind Turkey, Poland, Bulgaria cross holdings
Dutch-based groups Atrium European Real Estate and Multi Corporation have unwound cross holdings in shopping centres as part of a framework agreement covering five projects in Turkey, Poland and Bulgaria. Atrium acquires 49.9% of the Forum Koszalin in Poland, plus some land sites, and sells it Forum Trabzon in Turkey. No financial details were released.
