Cornerstone launches Nordic E500m infrastructure fund
UK-based Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe, an indirect unit of the US-based Mass Mutual insurance group, has launched its first capital raising for its the Nordic Social Infrastructure Property Fund, which will target capital of E250m equity, leveraged 50% to target total AUM of E500m. It is seeking to arrange a first close at end-1Q11.
