French Ciloger pays E218m for German retail
French fund manager Ciloger has acquired 10 newly-built retail assets in Germany for E218m for one of its institutional funds, which groups three life insurance firms, three pension funds and one mutual fund. The fund provided E138m, with the remaining E80m financed by debt
