Gazit scotches Citycon merger reports with Kokkeel appointment
Finnish shopping centre group Citycon, controlled by Israel's Gazit-Globe, has appointed Marcel Kokkeel, MD of Netherlands-based Multi Corp, as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 24 March. The move scotches reports that Gazit is intending to merge Citycon with Amsterdam-based Atrium European Real Estate, which it also controls.
