Allianz's E184m Paris buy brings France to E900m
Allianz Real Estate prior to year end finalised the acquisition from Crédit Suisse of two prime properties in Paris for some E184m, bringing 2010 French acquisitions near E900m. Allianz also bought Hamburg's BrahmsQuartier office complex for a price said to be about E120m.
