Germany's DIC to resume acquisitions, development projects
German listed commercial property group DIC Asset will resume acquisitions this year after a hiatus of more than two years amid the global crisis, and will also pick up two major developments in Frankfurt and Hamburg now that pre-letting demand is rising, says CEO Ulrich Höller. DIC Asset leased some 265,000 sq.m. in new space last year, well above 2009.
