RE funds favour Germany, France, Nordics over UK
Germany, France and Nordic markets have overtaken UK as preferred locations for real estate fund investment, says fund association INREV. German retail was selected by 36% of respondents to its 2011 Investment Intentions Survey, signalling a marked shift from 2010, when it failed to reach the Top 10.
