Ulbrich switches JLL Europe model to Target 2014
Jones Lang LaSalle is changing its business model in Europe, widening its service offering, specifically into corporate advisory and other long-term services bringing steady fee income, and cutting reliance on leasing and transaction fees. CEO EMEA Christian Ulbrich announced Target 2014 at a three-day, 700-staff meeting in Berlin last week.
