Brussels yields offer investment opportunity - Savills
The widening spread between short- and long-term Brussels office yields offers a significant opportunity for investors, says real estate advisor Savills. Average yields have dropped to lows of 5% for 12-year leases and 5.4% for nine years, but 3-5 years remain stuck at 6.25%-6.5%.
