European RE investment to rise, Asians coming - DTZ
European commercial real estate investment volume should rise by 28% in 2011 to E123bn, just below the 10-year average of E125bn, according to realtor DTZ. This compares with 2010's E95.9bn, a 53% increase over 2009. Asian investors are also picking up activity quite strongly.
