German IVG starts debt reduction, to finalise Squaire financing
Germany's largest listed commercial property company IVG at end-2010 started a debt reduction program by redeeming about E120m of its bank credit SynLoan II. The provisional prolongation of the E500m financing for The Squaire, its new office and retail development at Frankfurt Airport, may soon also be finalised.
